FROM FIRST COFFEE TO LAST TABLE

The atmosphere can evolve without losing the venue's identity.

Every service needs a different level of energy. Music should support the flow of guests and staff without turning the team into full-time playlist editors.

08:00

Opening and breakfast

Warm textures and restrained tempo that leave room for conversation.

13:30

Lunch service

A balanced pulse that supports a busy room without becoming intrusive.

20:30

Dinner and after-hours

Soft soul, organic electronic or light jazz-house for a more enveloping atmosphere.

BUILT FOR DAILY SERVICE

Fewer repeated decisions for staff. More consistency for guests.

The Beyer Player brings together stations with distinct characters. A venue manager can set the direction, switch it when the service changes and keep playback running without bouncing between consumer applications.

A standard licence is tied to one authorised zone and one concurrent session. If a terrace, bar and dining room need independent music at the same time, additional zones keep access controlled and the documentation accurate.

The boundary, stated clearly

The authorisation covers only the Beyer catalogue played through the service, within the zone, term and conditions shown on the certificate. It does not cover Spotify, broadcast radio, television, DJs, live performance, karaoke or third-party repertoire. If a society, venue partner or platform asks about a valid Beyer licence, we will help verify the rights we control and the documentation we issued; we cannot take responsibility for unrelated music or replace legal advice.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before the first track plays.

01Does a Beyer licence replace every public-performance requirement?

We do not make that blanket claim. The certificate records the authorised use of the Beyer catalogue through the service. Other music sources, repertoire or venue activities may carry separate requirements.

02Can one access code cover the dining room and terrace?

A standard access covers one zone and one concurrent session. If another zone needs independent or simultaneous playback, it should be added to the plan.

03Can staff change the mood during the day?

Yes. Authorised users can move between available stations without editing a track-by-track playlist.

04What if an organisation asks for evidence?

Download the certificate from the account and share its verifiable reference. Beyer will support questions about its catalogue and the authorisation issued.

START WITH ONE ZONE

Your room already has an identity. Its music should meet it.

Tell us how many zones you run and how service changes through the day. We will show you a clear configuration before any payment.
