If you play Spotify, broadcast radio, television or commercial artists, you must arrange the licences required where the music is played. If you use only the Beyer catalogue through Beyer Player, your fee covers the rights Beyer confirms it controls and comes with verifiable documentation. You do not pay Beyer for outside repertoire; any non-waivable statutory payment is confirmed by territory before checkout opens.
