1. Products and operator
“Beyer”, “Beyer Licensing”, “we” and “us” mean the operator identified as the seller on your Stripe checkout, receipt or invoice. You can contact us at hello@deepbridgeadvisory.co.uk. These terms cover the Beyer Licensing Shop and the separately protected Beyer Player.
Before payment, we show the product, price, applicable taxes, selected recording or station allowance, intended use and delivery method. A receipt, order record and licence certificate identify the completed purchase.
2. Customer accounts
Shop previews and purchases use a Google-verified email. Google does not give Beyer your password. You are responsible for the Google account and for keeping access to purchased files private. Player access is a separate entitlement and may be limited by rooms, devices and concurrent sessions.
Customer sign-in never grants access to the private administration portal.
3. Personal listening packs
A personal pack grants the named customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and privately listen to the ten purchased recordings on their own personal devices. Delivery includes a sanitized 320 kbps MP3 and, where available, an optional sanitized PCM WAV 44.1 kHz / 16-bit compatibility export of the same recording. Non-essential embedded source metadata is removed from both delivered derivatives.
A WAV made from a lossy source does not restore audio quality lost before Beyer received that source. It does not permit business or venue playback, public performance, synchronisation to video or other media, advertising, broadcasting, client work, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sampling, remixing, model training, fingerprinting or Content ID registration. A separate commercial licence is required for those uses.
4. Commercial track licences
A commercial purchase covers only the named recording, licence route, project, territory, term and other scope saved at checkout and shown in the certificate. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved. Standard and broadcast routes are non-exclusive unless the certificate expressly says otherwise. Exclusive rights require manual confirmation and a countersigned agreement.
You may not resell the audio file, distribute it as a standalone music product, sublicense it, claim authorship, register it in Content ID or use it outside the recorded scope. Ask Beyer before making a materially different use.
5. Beyer Player
The Player is a licensed music service for the number of authorised rooms in the active plan. It covers only the Beyer catalogue delivered through the Player. It does not license Spotify, radio, television, DJs, live music, karaoke or third-party repertoire. A room entitlement may enforce a concurrent-device limit. Attempts to share, bypass or automate access may be suspended.
6. Payment, delivery and withdrawal
Stripe processes payment. Digital files and the PDF certificate are released to the signed-in library after payment confirmation. You expressly choose whether to request immediate delivery. For an EU consumer, the usual withdrawal period for digital content ends once downloading begins only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been given. Statutory remedies remain available if digital content is faulty or materially not as described.
Where delivery has not begun, or where applicable law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, contact us promptly with the order email and certificate number. Refunds do not grant continuing use of downloaded files, and a refunded or charged-back licence may be revoked.
Consumer rights vary by territory and mandatory rights are not excluded. The European Union explains current digital-content withdrawal rules on Your Europe.
7. Ownership and rights support
The recordings, compositions, artwork, catalogue metadata and service design remain protected intellectual property. Your certificate is evidence of the rights Beyer granted; it is not a transfer of copyright unless an individually signed agreement expressly says so.
If a legitimate collecting society, venue, platform or authorised agency asks about a valid Beyer licence, send the enquiry to us. We will support verification of Beyer-controlled rights and the certificate record. We cannot represent you on unrelated third-party repertoire or legal matters.
8. Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable care to keep the shop, library and Player available, but internet, device, provider and maintenance interruptions may occur. We may replace a temporarily unavailable download, correct metadata or suspend a recording where rights information is disputed. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss and, for business customers, the amount paid for the affected product.
9. Changes, law and contact
The terms version recorded with an order governs that purchase. Later changes do not reduce an existing grant. These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
